This a one-hour sequence seated from a chair. Chair yoga is great way to introduce your body to yoga. If you are think chair yoga is for senior citizens....let us show you otherwise! The use of a chair will provide support and stability. It will refrain us from getting up and down from the floor, but it will also put our bodies into better alignment through some of our standing postures.

*This class is intended for, but not limited to, beginners and those wanting to slow things down and grant more compassion and grace towards their bodies and daily routine.
**This class if perfect for those that physically cannot get up and down from the floor or that cannot put pressure on the knees.
