These classes are for mothers recovering from birth at 6+ weeks postpartum or 8+ weeks for caesarean births (with the go ahead from your GP). You are more than welcome to bring your baby until they are crawling. During class, feeding (breast of bottle) is more than welcome and so is changing nappies or anything else you need to get on with. Expect some cuddly chaos in class and crying babies are more than common - so don’t worry about it. Please note these are not Mummy and Me or Baby Yoga classes where songs are sung and toys are used. We focus on Mum’s postpartum recovery and baby is along for the ride!

This class is for any stage of pregnancy and all levels of yoga practice. Laura will guide you and other Mamas in this 60 minute Antenatal yoga class focused on helping you connect to your body and baby during this very special time of change. We will move our bodies through a balance of effort and ease so we can bring some of what we learn into birth, parenthood, and beyond. Please bring water and wear comfortable, loose clothing.
