Welcome to my platform. Here you’ll find a large variety of classes, simplified into the two categories of “Yin” classes and “Yang” classes. I offer more traditional yoga, very non traditional yoga more focused on functionality and coordination, workouts in the form of HIIT, and gentle stretch to full Yin classes. I’ve been an athlete my entire life, and currently train jiu jitsu, and so my classes are designed to build long-term strength and resilience, stability, healthy joints, fascia health, and deep stretch and relaxation.
