This 1 hour class showers you with pure bliss. We start with 20 min of guided relaxation, where I guide through different points and layers of your body to access full awareness of them, allowing for the state of softness and letting go. We then immerse ourselves in the sound of the Tibetan Singing bowls. I bring certain bowls close to your body energy points -soles of the feet, heart space and crown, in order for you to feel the vibration more intensely and to benefit from the cleansing quality of the bowls. We end the class with 10 minutes of Savasana, where in silence you can ground and settle back into stillness, leaving the space feeling calm, cleansed and fully relaxed.
