Description
長時間保持坐姿的現代生活容易使身體僵硬。柔軟有彈性的及腿後肌可以帶來更靈敏的身體並改善血液循環。這課堂以伸展下半身為主,練習一字馬,深層針對雙腿肌肉,以至腳跟,練習如何適度地伸展腿后肌。維持腿後肌良好的活動度與彈性,減輕肌肉繃緊。

正確練習後彎,能有效矯正駝背、鍛鍊腹部肌肉,減輕肌肉與關節負擔,並同時避免腰椎的擠壓。此課堂導師會帶領學員透過不同肌肉的運用,引導大家進入不同後彎式子。
導師會因應不同學員的需要調整教學內容,適合有意學習及改善後彎的學員。
