Jag hittade yogan för ca 15 år sen. Jag gick på min första yogaklass med en önskan om en vigare kropp. Det var inte kärlek vid första ögonkast, men efter att ha testat några olika lärare så hittade jag rätt och började då praktisera yoga mer regelbundet för allt det där andra som infann sig. Den rörligare kroppen blev en bonus, jag praktiserar numera yoga för att skapa lugn, bli mer medveten i min kropp och hitta rätt med min andning.
Jag har varit gruppträningsinstruktör sedan 2001 och 2011 gick jag min första utbildning i yoga. Sen dess har jag fördjupat mina kunskaper i över 500h yogastudier i olika former; globalyoga, yinyoga, gravid och mammayoga, hatha, anusara, yoga nidra – alla former inspirerar mig på olika vis.
Jag älskar den dynamiska yogan, flöden som utmanar både den fysiska och mentala styrkan. I mina klasser så kombinerar jag genomtänkta sekvenser och stilla positioner med en medvetenhet i kropp och andning. Detta väver jag samman med en tydlig intention som går som en röd tråd genom klasserna.

Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

Benjamin Lindh Medin
Born in Sweden (1989) based in Switzerland, Benjamin grew up in between a world of Dance, Theater, Music, to Yoga, Spirituality and Healing since a very young age. He has had a chance to travel a lot through work as a teacher and performer as well as living in London, India, and Hong Kong for extended periods of time.
Benjamin has worked as a dancer, performer, Qi Gong/Yoga teacher and Energy Healing practitioner since he was a teenager. The last ten years he has been focusing on his practice of subtle energy awareness through Somatic movement practices, Qi Gong and meditation.
His teachings include fascial movement practices connecting to a deeper body awareness and fluidity, as well as meditations to empower our energy, emotional balance and intuitive wisdom, restoring our health, nervous system and well being.

Mitt namn är Helen Barck Langlais, Yogalärare och konstnär.
Yogan hittade jag lyckligtvis till efter en större operation, jag upptäckte att tillfrisknandet fick en rejäl skjuts genom Restorativ Yoga.
Jag blev starkare och bättre. Valde att utbilda mig, för att i min tur kunna ge andra det jag själv hittat i yogan. Har nischat mig i lugnare typer av yoga eftersom jag upplever att återhämtning är en stor bristvara i dagens samhälle.
Jag älskar att leda in i varandet av stillhet och full närvaro. Jag är utbildad i: Vinyasa Yoga, Yinyoga Mindfulness, Restorativ Yoga, Yinyoga TKM (Traditionell Kinesisk Medicin), Medicinsk Yoga för Lymfsystemet,
Medicinsk Yoga för Hormonsystemet, Medicinsk Gravidyoga. Jag spelar Gong, tibetanska klangskålar och kristall klangskålar.

I feel I was lucky to find early that one thing which is the leader and the stable point in my life. Teaching. Somehow integrate all I learned and experienced to other people to help and heal them by movements.
My motto: You are in a conversation with your body, not in a competition.
Pilates: To my mind Pilates is the strong base, which if you have and understand, all of your other loved movements become better in quality. It leads you into a healthy, strong centered body through a system which is focusing exactly on those points we mostly need.

Katerina is a full-time yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and a CBT-therapist & holistic counsellor who is dedicated in sharing her passion for Yoga, Mindfulness & Psychology with the world.
She turned to Yoga and Meditation in order to heal emotional and physical wounds and through her long experience of studying and practicing different forms of yoga, meditation and movement for over two decades she became committed to holding space for others to find their own, innate inner peace.
She holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has studied Yoga and Mindfulness in depth. Her studies in Mindfulness include courses such as MBSR and MBCT as well as Western Buddhism, all of which continually shape and inform her presence as a teacher and a student.
Katerina teaches a wide range of classes from Hatha and Vinyasa to Core and Yin to Flexibility & Mobility, always with a Mindful, empathetic and deeply intuitive and healing approach. Expect to be inspired to explore and to take meaningful, self-healing tools into your life off the mat.

Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic, physical form of yoga founded by Pattabhi Jois with the aim of purifying the body. The foundation of Ashtanga Yoga is the synchronization of breathing and body movements. The sequencing of the different stretches is carefully thought out by Pattabi Jois to go through the entire body to cleanse, strengthen and revitalize all internal organs and muscles.
All levels are welcome. Some experience of sun salutations can be helpful.

Åsa är utbildad yogalärare inom ett flertal former som Poweryoga, Astangayoga, Yinyoga, Gravidyoga samt Förälder-bebisyoga och har jobbat som instruktör inom träning sedan 1992. Hennes passion för yoga och den österländska filosofin sammanflätas med den västerländska medicinen genom hennes bakgrund som anestesisjuksköterska. I mötet mellan dessa världar skapar Åsa klasser som känns välgörande för både kropp och sinne. ”I varje klass jag undervisar vill jag att du som deltagare ska känna dig trygg och nöjd med vad din kropp kan utföra. Vi är så olika och det viktigaste är att möta yogan utifrån personliga förutsättningar och dagsform - då uppstår kärlek.”

We start with a gentle warm-up, followed by a sequence of sun salutations interspersed with standing poses (which vary from class to class) to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. You'll work at your own pace and receive guidance for modifications as needed. The class concludes gently with a variety of seated and lying positions, finishing with relaxation.

Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 3 to 5 minutes or more. The emphasis is on finding stillness and surrendering into the poses to allow gentle tension and compression of the tissues. Yin Yoga cultivates mindfulness, flexibility, and an opportunity for deep introspection. Physical effects: targets the connective tissues, promoting flexibility, joint health, and improved circulation. Energetic effects: focuses on stimulating the flow of energy (known as prana or chi) through the body's meridian lines, promoting balance and harmony.
This class will end with sound journey using crystal singing bowls which they activate our parasympathetic nervous system, allow our body to restore and repair. Sound healing has been known to help with pain relief, stress and anxiety.

Sandra is a yogateacher and a breathworker. She has met and been taught from breathwork-masters like Wim Hof and James Nestor and is certified Wim Hof method instructor and Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing instructor. She has recently returned from James Nestor´s Breathretreat in Costa Rica and aims in this course to share her peak knowledge and experience.

Katerina is a full-time yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and a CBT-therapist & holistic counsellor who is dedicated in sharing her passion for Yoga, Mindfulness & Psychology with the world.
She turned to Yoga and Meditation in order to heal emotional and physical wounds and through her long experience of studying and practicing different forms of yoga, meditation and movement for over two decades she became committed to holding space for others to find their own, innate inner peace.
She holds a degree in Psychology, a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and has studied Yoga and Mindfulness in depth. Her studies in Mindfulness include courses such as MBSR and MBCT as well as Western Buddhism, all of which continually shape and inform her presence as a teacher and a student.
Katerina teaches a wide range of classes from Hatha and Vinyasa to Core and Yin to Flexibility & Mobility, always with a Mindful, empathetic and deeply intuitive and healing approach. Expect to be inspired to explore and to take meaningful, self-healing tools into your life off the mat.

About me:
I feel I was lucky to find early that one thing which is the leader and the stable point in my life. Teaching. Somehow integrate all I learned and experienced to other people to help and heal them by movements.
My motto: You are in a conversation with your body, not in a competition.
Pilates: To my mind Pilates is the strong base, which if you have and understand, all of your other loved movements become better in quality. It leads you into a healthy, strong centered body through a system which is focusing exactly on those points we mostly need.

Jag är yogalärare sedan 2003 (utbildad av Ulrica Norberg, Bradlee Frierott och Shiva Rea m.fl.) och har undervisat i Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Familj mm sedan dess.
Jag är även terapeut med inriktning på högkänslighet, tanke-och känslohantering, medvetandeutveckling och energiförståelse.
I mitt tidigare liv jobbade jag som HR-chef och organisationskonsult.

Hej! Jag heter Marie och jag började praktisera yoga i början av 2000-talet men det dröjde till 2019 innan jag tog steget och gick min första 200-timmars yogalärarutbildning. Jag har därefter byggt på med ytterligare en yogalärarutbildning (200H) samt ett flertal kurser, workshops och fördjupningar. Jag har undervisat sedan 2020 i såväl flow/vinyasa och yin- och restorative yoga. Vare sig jag håller en mer aktiv eller mer passiv klass så är alltid min målsättning att yogan ska kunna anpassas till alla deltagare, oavsett förutsättningar och eventuella tidigare erfarenheter. Mina klasser är tillåtande och har alltid ett stort fokus på andning och medveten närvaro. Jag värnar extra om återhämtning och vila. Hoppas vi ses!
