Forearm Balance Prep and Flow - Preparing for Pincha

A full sequence including a couple of arm balances preparing for Pincha Mayurasana, Crow and Eight Angle pose. This sequence is more of an intermediate flow with strong postures and arm balances which take weight bearing in to the shoulders and wrists. Please take this practice as it comes to you on the day and making modifications as you need.

Please have one or two blocks handy and a yoga belt.
