12min Yoga Dance - free flow, no restrictions, find your inner dancer Free

We break some Yoga rules and find your inner dancer, with a short 12min Yoga Dance sequence!
This sequence is great for everyone, and just follow along even if you don't know what we're talking about or names of transitions and postures. The movements may be complex at first as we flow through connecting vinyasa, yoga postures and dance movements, Knowing names of postures will most certainly help you move seamlessly to the next section; but saying that, it is about YOUR free movement and we all have that ability in us.
Just Dance and Be You! Move in your own way and embrace your body using your breath with each movement! There are no props needed, but modify as you need with any move/posture that works for you. Please honour YOU! Know your limitations, level of experience and any medical conditions and injuries, but most of all, experience your feelings of joy from free, unrestricted movement and have fun with the flow!
