A full length 70min Yin yoga sequence created for the upper body. A sequence for those who sit down at a desk or hunch over phones and laptops. A sequence that works toward releasing tension and tightness in the connective tissue of the neck, shoulders, chest, upper back, sides of the body and waist.

We have a few challenging postures in this sequence and only you can guide yourself to the best place possible on your range of motion and any limitations, avoid pushing and stretching too far in to a place of pain and risk of injury. Use the breath to release and allow gravity to take you there above all else. A block and a bolster/pillow is useful for this practice.
