A 60min sequence for the full body going through sun salutations as a warm up and a full range of asana for the feet, legs, hips, spine and shoulders.
An internal focus that introduces a theme of the two Niyamas of Santosha (contentment, acceptance and fulfilment) and Tapas (discipline, passion, commitment and enthusiasm). Inviting these Niyamas of internal guidelines in to your life on and off the mat.
Blocks are handy for this practice, and a strap or a belt if required.
