A full length 75min Yin Yoga sequence to celebrate and welcome the Autumn Equinox and Mabon. A time of gratitude, and thankfulness for the summer, acceptance and welcome of Autumnal days and the equal balance of daylight and darkness of the equinox. A time to be sensitive to your mind and body, as well as introspection and letting go of what you no longer need.
Blocks, a bolster and a strap are handy for this practice, but not necessary. Take it as it comes to you today. Some of the postures are held between 3 - 5 minutes and offer time for each side of the body to become equally balanced.
