A full length 70min Hatha yoga sequence with a little bit of flow, using a yoga strap for extra focus on stability of joints and limbs. Using a strap that is long enough and also has D rings that can lock in to place is important, but a belt will do just as well.
Please honour your body throughout the practice. Never forcing to overstretch. The strap can help aid and support as well as offer extra intensity and challenge.
