70min Yin Yoga with a bolster - supportive, letting go of effort to find your edge

A full length 70min Yin Yoga sequence using a bolster (or thick pillow/cushions) to support and hold the body in postures to find an edge without putting in the effort. Let go of the effort and find more progress other than fighting with the posture.

All postures can be done without a bolster and use a block instead.
