A full length 60min Yin & Yang Yoga practice to connect to your minds thoughts, physical feelings & sensations and your breath working through similar reclined, seated and standing positions.
Please have any props you may need for this practice, but we do start in a Supported fish which will need a bolster, blocks or a thick pillow/cushion.
This practice is suitable for all levels and beginners. Please take your time to get in to the earlier postures without over forcing.
