A full length 65 min Yoga sequence to slow down the mind and body and to connect to sensations of the body during longer deeper holds, not quite Yin yoga, but a bit in between of Hatha and Yin. A ay to slow down the mind and reconnect to the body to relieve tightness and tension in the joints and muscles of the hips, lower back, pelvis and legs.
Please have a bolster/couple of blocks handy and a strap if you need one.
