A full-length 55min Hatha Yoga sequence with 25 postures for the year 2025.

Hold each posture for 5 breaths each, complete the entire sequence in one go or break them in to sections for 10mins sections only.

Blocks may be handy if you need them. But the practice can be done without.

SEATED
1. Seated breathing and spinal stretches
2. Tee pee twist R&L
3. Butterfly fold
4. Back bend
5. Side stretch R&L

KNEELING R&L (pad out the knees if you are on a hard surface)
6. Lizard
7. ½ splits
8. Side gate
9. Gate reach forward
10. Tiger

STANDING R&L
11. 3-Legged dog
12. Crescent lunge
13. Warrior 2
14. Triangle
15. ½ moon pose

PRONE
16. Childs pose
17. Puppy pose
18. Sphinx
19. Dancing seal
20. Locust

RECLINED
21. Knees to chest
22. Dead bug
23. Happy baby
24. Reclined twist R&L
25. Savasana
