A full length 70min Slow Yoga Flow for the Heart chakra, and the Cardiovascular system. To allow air and prana to circulate freely around the body using effortless breathing and to find balance and equanimity of the Anahata Chakra.
Tp open the heart space, the chest, the upper body and shoulders. This practice is great for those who sit down at a desk for long periods or spend a a lot of time on laptops and phones.
2 blocks are recommended for the practice, or a bolster or thick pillow/cushion.
A lot of the practice is kneeling, please practice on a softer floor or use a blanket under the knee caps if you have tender knees or take care with knee injuries.
