A full length 70min Hatha Yoga sequence that follows the lunar and solar principles, 'Ha and Tha' of softness vs strength, yin vs yang, through balance of heat vs the cool, left vs the right, the masculine vs feminine.

This practice is great for a deep release and lower body work as well as stimulating the core and spinal rotations. Our peak pose is a Standing balance of Revolved Half Moon.

A block and strap is handy for the practice, should you need them, but not necessary.
