Some physiotherapy exercises to get the tops and bottoms of your feet moving. We often don't warm up the hands and feet before we start to practice, but they hold a lot of tension. These can be done prior to a practice, or just after, or at any time of the day.
The only prop you need is a spiky massage ball, or a golf ball or anything of equivalent size.
