Are you sick of feeling like the only one in yoga class struggling to get into a pose?
Join me in this celebration of our big beautiful bodies! I have been everywhere from a size 8 to a 24!
Sometimes the cues I get in a “traditional” yoga class do not work for my body shape. If you can relate, join me for a 3-week exploration and celebration of yogic movement for bigger bodies.
We will find poses that comfortably fit your unique shape!

This 75 minute class will allow you to stretch the body
and open the mind. Long held Yin poses aid in releasing tension and gaining mobility.
