If you are new to the studio please bring proof of full vaccination to your first class.

This 60 minute class incorporates gentle stretches and slow standing flows to open the body. After the body is open we will move into a restorative pose where the body is fully supported and then finish with Sivasana.
This class is perfect for any level of practitioner.

3-week series with Liat
Are you in a bigger body?
Are you sick of feeling like the only one in yoga class struggling to get into a pose?
Join me in this celebration of our big beautiful bodies! I have been everywhere from a size 8 to a 24!
Sometimes the cues I get in a “traditional” yoga class do not work for my body shape. If you can relate, join me for a 3-week exploration and celebration of yogic movement for bigger bodies.
We will find poses that comfortably fit your unique shape!
Cost: $90 per person
No refunds for missed classes
Location: Wellness Junction, 1900 Mt. Vernon Ave., Alexandria
There is room for 8 vaccinated participants. Proof of vaccination required.
