About me:
I feel I was lucky to find early that one thing which is the leader and the stable point in my life. Teaching. Somehow integrate all I learned and experienced to other people to help and heal them by movements.
My motto: You are in a conversation with your body, not in a competition.
Pilates: To my mind Pilates is the strong base, which if you have and understand, all of your other loved movements become better in quality. It leads you into a healthy, strong centered body through a system which is focusing exactly on those points we mostly need.

Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

Jag är en fullständigt certifierad STOTT Pilates-instruktör och har undervisat och praktiserat Pilates sedan 2007. Min pilatesresa började i Manila, Filippinerna där jag ursprungligen kommer från. Där tränades jag under Vivian Zapanta och undervisade sedan i hennes studio under fem år tills min lust att resa ledde mig till Nya Zeeland. Jag ville utforska världen och ta med mig min kunskap och passion för pilates. På Nya Zeeland undervisade jag på Core Pilates Studio i Pukekohe, söder om Auckland. Där stannade jag i ett år för att sedan flytta till Göteborg. När jag kom till Sverige 2013 började jag undervisa på några olika studios och efter ett par år flyttade jag till Skåne och undervisade på tre olika studios.
När min första dotter föddes 2016 bestämde vi oss för att ta en paus och spendera tid tillsammans med familjen så vi reste jorden runt under sex månader. När vi kom tillbaka till Göteborg 2017 fortsatte jag att göra det jag älskar, undervisa Pilates.
Oktober 2020 öppnade jag min egen privat studio i centrala Göteborg där fokuserdade jag på PT, Duo och Gruppklasser online.

Jag är Highersenses grundare och har skapat verksamheten för att bidra till att varje individ ska finna ett andrum i tillvaron, ett utrymme att reflektera, för att sedan gå ut och blomstra på sina respektive områden.
Jag är yogalärare sedan 2003 (utbildad av Ulrica Norberg, Bradlee Frierott och Shiva Rea m.fl.) och har undervisat i Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Familj mm sedan dess.
Jag är även terapeut med inriktning på högkänslighet, tanke-och känslohantering, medvetandeutveckling och energiförståelse.

Maria Sillen-Sittner
Maria är certifierad Global Yoga-lärare med tonvikt på Hatha och Vinyasa men hon har även fördjupat sig inom Yin Yoga, Anatomi, Lymfyoga samt Lymfmassage.
Marias egen yogaresa, som är djupt rotad i Ashtanga, började 2005 i Paris i en period av sömnproblem, ryggont och stress från arbete och språkbarriärer. Efter ett klokt råd från en läkare gick hon in på en Iyengar-studio, vilket blev inledningen på hennes djupa koppling till yogan.
I sina klasser strävar Maria alltid efter att hjälpa sina elever att nå en djupare förståelse och upplevelse av kroppens och själens samband. Holistisk hälsa och kombinationen av österländska och västerländska kunskaper ligger henne varmt om hjärtat.

Jag upptäckte först yogan på slutet av nittiotalet när jag bodde i Köpenhamn. Det gav mig en skön känsla i kroppen efter passet men inte mer än så.
Det var inte förrän jag mötte yogan igen tio år senare när jag förstod andningens betydelse i yogan som jag upplevde något mer, något som påverkade mig i flera dagar efter ett pass - en större klarhet och en djupare kontakt inåt.
Och det är fortfarande detta jag brinner för att ge vidare i mina yogaklasser, oavsett om det är i hathayoga, ashtangayoga eller yinyoga vi möts. Att du sedan får en mjukare och starkare kropp med mindre smärta är väldigt bra sidoeffekter.
Jag har över 500 h av olika utbildningar såsom hathayoga (klassisk yoga), yinyoga, ashtangayoga, pranayama och restorativeyoga.
Dessutom är jag utbildad inom postural träning som jag också väver in i mina klasser. Genom tydliga instruktioner guidar jag dig genom olika sekvenser där jag varvar hög intensitet och uthållighet till mer stilla varande. Om vi utövar yoga med rätt intention kan den påverka oss fysiskt, mentalt och känslomässigt till att bli mer balanserade och få mer rymd och stillhet inuti.

I have always loved and been curious about the body, mind and spirit connection. I started practicing yoga and meditation during my teens and loved it from the first beginning! This feeling of coming home that occurs on the math, in your own privacy, is the most beautiful experience one can come in touch with!
During all those moments there was a seed planted in me; a longing for paying it forward, to create the same opportunity for others to feel the same feeling! But it would take me many years to realize and take the chance to fulfill that dream.
So many times, I postponed that dream until there was no point of return.
For about 4 years ago I took a teacher training course and that was the start for my journey as a teacher! For me it landed in the hormonal yoga training which was a fusion of different styles of yoga with focus on the breath and to activate the soft & calm in the system.
We are all yogis on this ongoing, endless journey with all its challenges and beauties to make us grow. The only thing we need to do is to show up over and over again and as Rumi says:
“Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there”

Åsa är utbildad yogalärare inom ett flertal former som Poweryoga, Astangayoga, Yinyoga, Gravidyoga samt Förälder-bebisyoga och har jobbat som instruktör inom träning sedan 1992. Hennes passion för yoga och den österländska filosofin sammanflätas med den västerländska medicinen genom hennes bakgrund som anestesisjuksköterska. I mötet mellan dessa världar skapar Åsa klasser som känns välgörande för både kropp och sinne. ”I varje klass jag undervisar vill jag att du som deltagare ska känna dig trygg och nöjd med vad din kropp kan utföra. Jag hittade yogan för ca 15 år sen. Jag gick på min första yogaklass med en önskan om en vigare kropp. Det var inte kärlek vid första ögonkast, men efter att ha testat några olika lärare så hittade jag rätt och började då praktisera yoga mer regelbundet för allt det där andra som infann sig. Den rörligare kroppen blev en bonus, jag praktiserar numera yoga för att skapa lugn, bli mer medveten i min kropp och hitta rätt med min andning.
Jag har varit gruppträningsinstruktör sedan 2001 och 2011 gick jag min första utbildning i yoga. Sen dess har jag fördjupat mina kunskaper i över 500h yogastudier i olika former; globalyoga, yinyoga, gravid och mammayoga, hatha, anusara, yoga nidra – alla former inspirerar mig på olika vis.
Jag älskar den dynamiska yogan, flöden som utmanar både den fysiska och mentala styrkan. I mina klasser så kombinerar jag genomtänkta sekvenser och stilla positioner med en medvetenhet i kropp och andning. Detta väver jag samman med en tydlig intention som går som en röd tråd genom klasserna.

Jag har varit yoga utövare sedan 2007 och utbildade mig till yogalärare 2013. Mina utbildningar fick jag främst i Indien (500 timmar i Hatha yoga), men även i Sverige, Ryssland, Tyskland och Frankrike.
Förutom Hatha yoga undervisar jag i Yin yoga, MediYoga och yogaterapi.
I mina klasser lägger jag fokus på att skapa förutsättningar för elever att hitta den stilla plats där vi möter oss själva. Genom medveten andning, medvetna rörelser och individanpassade justeringar utforskar du vad du är kapabel till och vad du behöver.

Benjamin (1989) är i grunden dansare,
yogalärare och massageterapeut.
Växte upp i Sverige i en värld som
förenade konstnärliga och helande
praktiker. Med en bakgrund i Ashtanga
yoga, breakdance och balett har han alltid
utforskat kroppens uttryck och potential.
Genom skador och insikter från sin
erfarenhet började han i tjugo åldern
fördjupa sig i somatiska praktiker med en
önskan om att hitta ett mer holistiskt
förhållningssätt till rörelse och livet.
Under de senaste 10 åren har Benjamin
specialiserat och utbildat sig i Qi Gong, en
praktik som blivit en central del av hans
arbete. Han har även utbildning i
samtidsdans, ayurvedisk- och thaimassage samt meditation, och har de senaste 15 åren jobbat som frilansande dansare, musiker, självlärd kock, massageterapeut, och lärare inom dans, yoga och Qi Gong.
Benjamin har senaste åren börjat utveckla The Listening Body, en metod som
utforskar mötet mellan konstnärligt uttryck och helande. Hans undervisning
inspireras av naturens visdom och är utformad för att hjälpa andra att finna balans,

Mitt namn är Helen Barck Langlais, Yogalärare och konstnär.
Yogan hittade jag lyckligtvis till efter en större operation, jag upptäckte att tillfrisknandet fick en rejäl skjuts genom Restorativ Yoga.
Jag blev starkare och bättre. Valde att utbilda mig, för att i min tur kunna ge andra det jag själv hittat i yogan. Har nischat mig i lugnare typer av yoga eftersom jag upplever att återhämtning är en stor bristvara i dagens samhälle.

I am 500hs certified Moksha Yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance) and since 2023 I am also certified Inside Flow teacher.
What I love most about yoga is its ability to always put a smile on your face and give you that inner bliss - even when life is a mess. It calms you down and fills you up with energy at the same time.
As a yoga teacher I have nine years of teaching experience, including both hatha based classes such as Moksha yoga and Vinyasa, but also Yin yoga, and Yinyang and the most recent addition Inside Flow. My style of teaching is always playful and creative, and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for my students to explore their practice. Synchronizing the breath with the movement is an intention that runs as a common thread in my classes. Having a background in natural science, I hold a special interest in how our bodies work in terms of anatomy, our circulation systems and our physical functions. My motto is “Live to learn” as I love learning new things and consider myself always the student.
Besides being a yoga teacher I am also a climber, a runner, a snowboarder, a music lover, an audiobook addict, and a mother. I am immensely grateful to have the opportunity to share my love of yoga with others, and I look forward to seeing you on the mat soon!

Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

Yogan hittade jag lyckligtvis till efter en större operation, jag upptäckte att tillfrisknandet fick en rejäl skjuts genom Restorativ Yoga.

I have always loved and been curious about the body, mind and spirit connection. I started practicing yoga and meditation during my teens and loved it from the first beginning! This feeling of coming home that occurs on the math, in your own privacy, is the most beautiful experience one can come in touch with!
During all those moments there was a seed planted in me; a longing for paying it forward, to create the same opportunity for others to feel the same feeling! But it would take me many years to realize and take the chance to fulfill that dream.
So many times, I postponed that dream until there was no point of return.
For about 4 years ago I took a teacher training course and that was the start for my journey as a teacher! For me it landed in the hormonal yoga training which was a fusion of different styles of yoga with focus on the breath and to activate the soft & calm in the system.
We are all yogis on this ongoing, endless journey with all its challenges and beauties to make us grow. The only thing we need to do is to show up over and over again and as Rumi says:
“Close your eyes, fall in love, stay there”

Benjamin Lindh Medin
Benjamin (1989) är i grunden dansare,
yogalärare och massageterapeut.
Växte upp i Sverige i en värld som
förenade konstnärliga och helande
praktiker. Med en bakgrund i Ashtanga
yoga, breakdance och balett har han alltid
utforskat kroppens uttryck och potential.
Genom skador och insikter från sin
erfarenhet började han i tjugo åldern
fördjupa sig i somatiska praktiker med en
önskan om att hitta ett mer holistiskt
förhållningssätt till rörelse och livet.
Under de senaste 10 åren har Benjamin
specialiserat och utbildat sig i Qi Gong, en
praktik som blivit en central del av hans
arbete. Han har även utbildning i
samtidsdans, ayurvedisk- och thaimassage samt meditation, och har de senaste 15 åren jobbat som frilansande dansare, musiker, självlärd kock, massageterapeut, och lärare inom dans, yoga och Qi Gong.
Benjamin har senaste åren börjat utveckla The Listening Body, en metod som
utforskar mötet mellan konstnärligt uttryck och helande. Hans undervisning
inspireras av naturens visdom och är utformad för att hjälpa andra att finna balans,
lätthet och en djupare kontakt med sig själva.

Sharka is originally from Czech Rep, lived in London for 21 years, and moved to Sweden in 2020. Since 2011 she is a dedicated yogini, teaching full time different styles of yoga. 26&2, the profound practise of Yin, Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal, Inferno Hot Pilates. She is Sound Healer as well. She studied with Bikram himself, Jo Phee, among others.
”I love to see people progressing and hearing how yoga changed their lives”, she says about her teaching. ”I’ve seen mindblowing changes in body and mind”.
When not on the mat Sharka loves winter swims, cycling and stand up paddling. She is a big fan of crystal bowls sound healing and inside flow.

I feel I was lucky to find early that one thing which is the leader and the stable point in my life. Teaching. Somehow integrate all I learned and experienced to other people to help and heal them by movements.
My motto: You are in a conversation with your body, not in a competition.
Pilates: To my mind Pilates is the strong base, which if you have and understand, all of your other loved movements become better in quality. It leads you into a healthy, strong centered body through a system which is focusing exactly on those points we mostly need.

Hej! Jag heter Marie och jag började praktisera yoga i början av 2000-talet men det dröjde till 2019 innan jag tog steget och gick min första 200-timmars yogalärarutbildning. Jag har därefter byggt på med ytterligare en yogalärarutbildning (200H) samt ett flertal kurser, workshops och fördjupningar. Jag har undervisat sedan 2020 i såväl flow/vinyasa och yin- och restorative yoga. Vare sig jag håller en mer aktiv eller mer passiv klass så är alltid min målsättning att yogan ska kunna anpassas till alla deltagare, oavsett förutsättningar och eventuella tidigare erfarenheter. Mina klasser är tillåtande och har alltid ett stort fokus på andning och medveten närvaro. Jag värnar extra om återhämtning och vila. Hoppas vi ses!
